Mission: To support families and individuals with disabilities of ALL ages, as they navigate necessary home and school supports during school age, and transition from school services to adult or home services. 

Vision: We strive to increase the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and their families. We hope to inform and assist these families and individuals at any age, to get the supports they require to help them achieve this quality of life.
