Purpose: 

To assist parents and/or guardians in the educational process through school age and transition age. In addition, helping families with kids or adults with disabilities with the transition from school services to adult services or with the transition from school services to staying at home and maintaining a quality of life. Our LLC's will work with families and individuals with disabilities to create the best environment based on each individual need. We will strive to assist in as many areas as we can.
